House Wash on Tangle Dr in Jamestown, NC

We completed a house washing project for some great people here in Jamestown, NC. They’re an older couple so their son-in-law reached out looking to have the algae removed from the home. The estimate was provided in person and we sat down at their kitchen table to talk through expectations and what kind of property protection we would provide them for their Pella doors and prized tomatoes and eggplants. We arrived at the house (typically early) and spoke to the homeowners’ son-in-law while he guided us around the property. We mostly talked about explaining what may or may not clean up. Managing expectations is vital. We can't walk into a property promising amazing results if the home hasn't been washed in years. The kind of damage that organic growth is capable of is pretty impressive. It can't be ignored, but in their case, it wasn't terrible. The gutters had taken the brunt of the damage and required repeated applications to get to where they were. Some of the damage was etched into the paint on the gutters. We treated the home with our house wash blend and let it dwell to do its work. We followed up by rinsing and you can check out the photos to see the amazing results.
